Pairs and minimums
The pairs Cardiv trades on mainnet, and the two floors every order has to clear.

Minimum order is a value in US dollars, converted at the current reference price for the pair. The amount of base or quote it works out to therefore moves with the market.
Pair minimum is a fixed amount of the quote token. It is the smallest order Cardiv keeps in the book, and it applies to remainders as well: a fill that would leave less than this cancels the remainder and returns it to you, rather than leaving it resting where it can never fill.
Decimals: every token carries 10 decimal places. A price or an amount with more is refused rather than rounded.
